The Messenger of Allah

used to say in his prostration: 'Allãhumma 'ighfrlee thambee kullahu, diqqahu wa jillahu, wa 'awwalahu wa ãkhirahu, wa `alãniyahu wa sirrahu⁽¹¹³⁾
