It is reported by way of `Uthmãn bin Abil `Aas that he complained to the Messenger of Allah of a pain which he has felt in his body ever since he became a Muslim. So the Messenger of Allah said: "Put your hand on that which hurts of your bosy and say Bismillãh
three times , and say seven times: 'A`outhu bi`izzatil-lãhi waqudratihi min sharri mã 'ajidu wa'uhãthiru.(169)

(169) I seek refuge in the Glory of Allah, and His Ability from the evil of that which I experience and caution.

Reported by Muslim, and is #121 in The Authentic of Good Sayings.
